The Foodways Texas Endowed Excellence Fund and Lifetime Memberships
Foodways Texas member donors established the Foodways Texas Endowed Excellence Fund in 2017. This endowment is funded by donors who choose to invest in the Foodways Texas mission by purchasing a Lifetime Membership instead of annually renewing their membership.
The Foodways Texas Excellence Fund, which is managed by the University of Texas, Austin, finances oral history interviews and other documentary projects that Foodways Texas undertakes. We are very pleased that Foodways Texas has grown to a point where we have the opportunity to create an endowment to help ensure that this work will continue.
